Fulfillment Policies

REFUND POLICY

Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase by emailing support@healthtrust.io and referencing your order number.

100% refunds are available within 30 days for products purchased via our website.

DELIVERY POLICY

Electronic products are delivered within 48 hours of purchase via email.

Physical products are delivered within 3 weeks for products shipped within the continental United States. International shipments are delivered within 4-6 weeks.

RETURN POLICY

Returns are allowed within 30 days of purchase for physical products and within 3 days for digital products.

Physical products must be in like-new condition with tags attached.

Returns may be shipped to the warehouse listed in the packing sheet.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders may be cancelled within 4 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 4 hours, cancellations are subject to the terms of our refund and return policies.
