FAQs
Who is considered a user?
Any employee account that is 1) Hired and 2) Active. This means that any applicant using the applicant portal is NOT charged. You are also not charged for employees that have been terminated or are no longer active or that do not have access to the system.
Do I get the whole system?
Yes, for the most part. The Bespoke Add-ons are additional (things like the Phone System, extra emails, extra data storage, etc.). You can access the list of additional charges here.
What about training?
All accounts get access to our DIY training guides. We also offer training packages starting at $4,999 that include onboarding assistance, training classes, dedicated support options, and data imports.
What about support?
All accounts get basic support via Support Tickets and Email. Clients who pay for advanced training packages get more advanced support options. Those packages start at $4,999.
If you need dedicated support, a HIPAA BAA, SLAs, or training, please contact our sales team.
Is there a contract?
Only Enterprise accounts and accounts that pay for advanced training & support packages have contracts. All other accounts are month-to-month and can be canceled at any time.
Can I upgrade/downgrade?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your package at any time, with the new package price going into effect at the beginning of the next month.
